Dear Friends,

Following the introduction of the online submission portal, we are pleased to inform you of a rolling submission for the Institutional Review Board (IRB) application. The amended process is as below:

• Meeting Schedule: IRB meetings are convened on the first and third Wednesdays of each month.
• Submission Process: There are no fixed submission deadlines; however, the first 32 to 36 complete and eligible submissions received will be considered for review at each meeting. Submissions not reviewed during a scheduled meeting will be carried forward to the subsequent IRB meeting.
• Portal Requirement: All IRB submissions must be submitted through the online IRB portal.

All faculty and students are strongly encouraged to submit their completed proposals at the earliest opportunity, as the review queue will be strictly followed in order of receipt. Please note that only proposals approved by the Head of Department/Unit and all co-investigators will be placed in the queue for IRB review.
